Designing High-Quality Erasmus+ Projects

Course Fee per person

Course Description

High-quality projects are designed, not simply written. But what turns a promising idea into a competitive proposal that convinces evaluators?

It starts with an evidence-based need and a clear intervention logic connecting priorities, objectives, activities, partners, resources and impact into one coherent story. This practical course provides a structured methodology for transforming an initial idea into a high-quality Erasmus+ project concept.

Focusing on Erasmus+ KA2 Cooperation Partnerships, participants will learn how to analyse needs, define target groups and SMART objectives, develop an intervention logic, structure work packages, build complementary partnerships, plan resources under the lump-sum model, and define indicators, evaluation, impact and sustainability measures. They will also step into the role of an evaluator, assessing recent project examples against the current award criteria and applying these insights to their own ideas.

Through practical workshops, templates, real examples and peer review, participants will progressively develop their own Comprehensive Erasmus+ Concept Note, leaving with a well-developed project concept and much of the groundwork for a future Erasmus+ application already in place, as well as a clear understanding of what makes a proposal competitive.

The course focuses on project design methodology and Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnerships. Programme rules, forms and administrative requirements are presented according to the applicable Erasmus+ Programme Guide and official guidance available at the time of delivery.
