The Erasmus+ KA1 programme
The Erasmus+ Key Action 1 programme aims to boost skills and employability, as well as to modernise Education, Training, and Youth work. With Erasmus+ KA1, training opportunities are available to staff working in education, both in teaching and non-teaching capacities. Training periods abroad consist of job shadowing, professional development (staff mobility) courses or specific competence-building events.
We are inviting Schools, Adult education centres, NGOs, VET institutions, Universities who are eligible (Members states of the European Union & North Macedonia, Turkey, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Serbia), to apply for the ERASMUS+ KA1 staff mobility funding and develop their staff members’ competencies by participating in ERASMUS+ Staff Mobility training courses. Emphasys Centre
Emphasys Centre offers a diverse range of Erasmus+ KA1 mobility courses in Cyprus, fully eligible for funding under the Erasmus+ programme. Accredited by the Cyprus Ministry of Education, Sport and Youth, our courses are designed to respond to the specific needs of participating organisations while providing high-quality and inclusive training opportunities for learners of all levels and backgrounds.
All courses take place in our modern, fully equipped premises, offering participants a professional, interactive and supportive learning environment.
Our vision is to provide transnational mobility courses that promote upskilling, professional development and organisational capacity building. Through our training programmes, participants strengthen their competences, broaden their perspectives, enhance their use of digital technologies and improve the quality of the services offered by their organisations. The courses also enrich participants’ teaching and learning methods, tools and resources in both formal and non-formal education settings.
Our Trainers
A dynamic group of companies in Cyprus offers a wide range of high-quality Erasmus+ KA1 mobility courses, combining their expertise to provide participants with the best possible training experience.
The training team consists of highly qualified professionals with extensive experience and complementary expertise across a broad range of fields, including Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Game Design, Environmental Education, Psychology, Sociology, Graphic Design, Foreign Languages, Human Rights, Intercultural Communication, Special Educational Needs and Inclusive Education.
The trainers are certified Vocational Education and Training professionals at EQF Level 5 by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA/ANAD). The team also includes professionals holding specialised qualifications, such as EASA-certified drone instructors and LEGO® Education-certified trainers.
Combining strong academic and professional backgrounds with extensive practical experience, the trainers apply interactive, learner-centred and experiential teaching methodologies. The courses incorporate hands-on workshops, collaborative activities, digital tools, simulations, educational visits and real-life case studies, ensuring an engaging and meaningful learning experience.
